My Starting Lineup (Software) Ltd , 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, UK, Co No 14375322 (hereafter called MSLU or Promotor) products are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of MSLU the Promoter and their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with MSLU. Entrants who are under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition.
A single entry costs £2.50
Entrants can enter each competition as many times as they wish until the maximum number of entries per user have been submitted and until the maximum number of entries for the competition have been received. Entrants submitting free entries must submit each entry separately. Bulk entries, if received, will not be accepted and will only be counted as one single entry. Entries may be limited if the maximum number of entries for the competition is reached.
Teams selected for My Starting Lineup can be made via the App, or online via the www.mystartinglineup.co.uk websites (“Website”) from when team selection lines are open. Until team selection lines are closed. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted. The Promoter may suspend, withdraw or re-set any team selection time period and/or may change times for selection and participating in the competition or the rules for participating in the completion at their sole discretion at any time.
Please note that by making an entry, you are consenting to us starting the interactive service immediately and any rights you may have to withdraw from or cancel your purchase (including but not limited to under the Consumer Contracts Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges Regulations 2013) will be lost, because the performance of our services is simultaneous or begins immediately once your purchase is completed.
Where the winner is randomly selected, the draw for the winner will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries unless otherwise specified in the interaction information. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries, subject to eligibility and winner confirmation
Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges.
There is one (1) cash prize. This element of the prize consists of. ‘The advertised prize fund’.
In the event that the required number of entries for the prize draw is not met, MSLU reserves the right to award 70% of the prize value to the selected prize draw winner. By participating in the prize draw, entrants acknowledge and accept this condition as part of the terms and conditions governing the competition.
Made payable by BACS in the name of the winning entrant only.
The winner will receive details of the prize. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and MyStartingLineup (Software) Ltd will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to MyStartingLineup Ltd.
Any postal communications will be sent to the registered person’s address held on file to their physical address using first class UK mail services.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and MSLU’s data proptction registration st the ICO and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Insofar as permitted by law, MSLU, its agents, officers, employees, contractors, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of MSLU, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you enter a competition or prize draw, will be held by MyStartingLineup (software) Ltd and may be used by MSLU, for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the competition or prize draw. You agree and consent that this includes without limitation that we may contact you if there is an issue with the interactive service.
Further details of how any personal data will be used is available in MyStartingLineup privacy policy and you agree to this use of your personal data when you participate in our interactive services.
Generally, we will only send you marketing messages if you indicate that you consent (e.g. by "opting-in") to receiving such messages. By choosing to interact with our services you will be indicating that you consent to receiving marketing messages from us to your device in respect of similar products and services. You can avoid receiving these communications by not ticking ‘I consent to marketing’ at the registration stage.
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or its subject matter or formation
